There is a LOT going on in this picture
On the left is a lot of nature energy, the kind of energy that a tribal medicine man would use
Next to it is a door going out into dreamworld
Next to that is a stream of information flowing down and what looks like a mask, which is used in a lot of shamanistic rituals. These rituals are usually used to go into a trance, an altered state of consciousness where you can download information, hence the stream of information
The stairs on the floor going to what looks like the basement is a pathway to the underworld, where low vibrational spirits go after physical life.
The floating guy seems to be the spirit in an astral projection, and the physical body seems to be underneath it. There are 2 cords, nourishment flows through the umbilical into the abdomen, and information is flowing through the other cord into the 3rd eye. The face in the spirit's throat feels simply like an image that is being sent to the person below.
To the right of that seems to be a pool above which a portal is open to a physical place that the spirit can go to and explore.
Notice that there are smaller energy streams going from the stream of information beside the mask, through the mask and into the portal.
